Let's go over a few things.

1. Please note all sales are final on wearable items as each order is specifically made for you with no third-party involvement. All Candid Shop wear is made to order, which unfortunately means none of the items are stocked and cannot be returned.

2. At CU, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you find yourself displeased with a wearable item purchased from the Candid Shop, please accept half off (50%) your next purchase for claims made within 14 days of your purchase.

3. The offer is only redeemable within ninety (30) days of resolution. Please email to zhee@candidly-u.com to initiate the process.

4. After the 14-day period, claims will not be recognized for the 50% off accommodation. We encourage all customers to read the descriptions on the shirts before purchasing (i.e., sizing chart, material, and brand).

5. For "Special Orders" (orders containing 5 or more of the same product), please submit a request using the form below accommodation.

6. Bulk orders (more than 5) will be cancelled if "Request a Quote" form below is not submitted and responded to prior to you purchase.

8. For best results, wash wearable item(s) inside out. Depending on how you launder your items, additional shrinkage is possible. 

9. Iron inside out on the compatible heat setting for the material. DO NOT iron directly over vinyl.
