Soo----- There I was... eight years old and full of wonder, mixed emotions and candor when I discovered my passion was to help others. In my adolescence, I became a mother, when I was merely an aunt. I've journeyed different paths in healthcare before finding my passion in coaching. I was 13 when I knew I was going to "be all that I could be" and 19 when I joined an "Army of One". From the indescribable heat of Iraq to the no fail missions at the White House, and the many held titles in-between... I now use my experiences and expertise to help others tune in without checking out as a holistic life & leadership coach.

I hail (yes I said hail) from Aurora, IL a west suburb of Chicago where I grew up a sports fan (Bear down!), a lover of music, all things art. Oh! did I mention that I am the youngest of four girls by 10, 9, & 8 years and an aunt of 30? Yeah, don't ask. I've earned my B.S. in Human Services with a concentration in Sociology, and I am a member of two honor societies, The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and Tau Upsilon Alpha National Organization for Human Services Honor Society. But if you ask me, the real degree came from the things I've experienced in life. So technically, I have a PhD from the School of Hard Knocks. As someone that has traveled the world, including 39/50 states and lived abroad, I understand that we live in a society where we are forced to struggle and call it strength, pressured to stay quiet, yet advised to advocate, and reminded to exist. I am aware that the only way to break free, is to break away, mentally. I broke away and so can you! As your new favorite wholistic life & leadership coach, I am here to help you leave your apologetic ways behind so that you can stand in YOUR truth and not the identity the world has made for you.

Now that we are acquainted, I must share that this life has been kind enough to lead me down a path of service and stewardship. It brings me great joy to be a servant leader in the safe space that I've created for others. I have been afforded the opportunity to positively imprint on so many souls from various backgrounds and ethnicities, that I would be remiss if I did not take what I've learned to help those that look like me. So, I have one question... As you prepare to 'get candid' and I prepare you to get comfortably uncomfortable, are you ready to get coached or maybe even certified?
