Made-to-Order
Most items are produced after purchase to reduce waste. Estimated production time: 7–14 business days before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-order items are final sale unless damaged or defective. Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right — replacement or refund.
Bulk & Custom Orders
Minimum quantity, artwork, and lead-time requirements vary. Request a custom-order quote via the contact form.
Shipping & Care
Standard shipping via a domestic carrier. Care: machine wash cold, inside out; tumble dry low. Detailed care instructions ship with each item.
