Certification FAQ
Do I need prior experience to sit for RBLP?+
You need current or recent team-lead responsibilities. Emerging leaders qualify — you don't need to be an executive.
Is the credential recognized outside the U.S. military community?+
Yes. RBLP is used by civilian employers, federal agencies, and higher-ed leadership programs. Our candidates come from all three.
How long does prep take?+
6–10 weeks depending on the credential level and your prior experience. We recommend budgeting 3–5 focused study hours a week.
What if I don't pass?+
We work with you on a re-attempt plan at no additional coaching cost within 90 days of your cohort end. Exam re-take fees are set by RBLP.
Can my organization host a private cohort?+
Yes — we run private cohorts for teams of 6+. Contact us for a custom proposal.
